Return & Refund Policy

At Holo Hobbies, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, opened products, or purchasing errors made by the customer.

If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@holohobbies.ca. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item received. If we confirm an error on our part, we will make it right with an appropriate resolution, which may include sending the correct item, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
