You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and inventory are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Holo Hobbies reserves the right to correct any errors, cancel orders affected by pricing or inventory mistakes, and issue a full refund where applicable.

Title and risk of loss for purchased products pass to the customer once the order has been delivered by the shipping carrier.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Holo Hobbies reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
